Mon Apr 13	LIV Summer Season Begins Livorna Pool The Summer 2026 Season will run from April 13-July 26. Practices run Monday through Friday. There will be no practice on Friday May 8 (time trials), Wednesday May 20 (meet @ Rudgear), Monday May 25 (Memorial Day), Wednesday May 27 (meet v. RHCC), Thursday June 4 (last day of school), Wednesday June 24 (picture day),Thursday and Friday July 2&3 (Independence Day break). There will be a modified practice schedule from June 29- July 1 for the holiday week (but practice will still be held.) Projected 2026 Practice Times (please note, these times are subject to change!) April 13 - June 3 6 & Under: 3:45-4:15 PM 7/8: 4:15 - 5 PM 9/10: 5 - 6 PM 11 & ups: 6 - 7 PM June 5 - July 24 11/12: 8:00-9:00 AM 13+: 9:00-10:15 AM 9/10 : 10:15-11:15 AM 7/8: 11:15 AM -12:00 PM 6 and under: 12:00-12:30 PM Limited capacity afternoon practices* will be available starting in June for those swimmers who are unable to attend morning practices
Tue Apr 14	Apparel Try-Ons Livorna Pool Start: 3:30 PM End: 6:00 PM Please come BEFORE practice on April 14th to try on your suits so that your swimmer is dry - this will help ensure the best fit, and ensure the suits remain dry for the next swimmer trying them! Mon Apr 20	Junior Dolphins Registration Opens Start: 9:00 AM End: 9:00 AM Junior Dolphins registration opens on April 20th at 9am. Historically Junior Dolphins has filled VERY fast (within hours!) so mark your calendars if you're hoping to enroll in Junior Dolphins!
Mon Apr 20	Swim Cap orders due https://swimcapz.com/livorna/shop/home Livorna swim caps will be sold in sets of 2. All orders are due by April 20th. At that time, a bulk order will be placed and caps will arrive at the pool in order to be disbursed at time trials. Personalization is included and typically is your LAST name. Fri Apr 24	Dolphins Welcome Party! Livorna Pool Come join us at Livorna Pool for our annual Welcome Party! There will be no practice this day - instead, there will be open/free swim at Livorna Pool for everyone! We will have a Taco Truck on site -- no pre-orders required, but please help us out by RSVPing in advance here on the Events calendar (similar to how you sign into meets) so we have a sense of how much food to have prepared! Please let us know in the RSVP comments if you would rather purchase a taco plate or a quesadilla, and how many, so that we can give the Taco Truck a better estimate of how much to bring. And if you plan to have dinner at the Taco Truck (which we recommend! They're delicious!!), make sure to order early during the event so your favorite meals are still in stock!

Sun Apr 26	Jobs Sign Ups Open Tentative Start: 5:00 PM End: 5:00 PM IF we fill all of our annual jobs by this date, we will open individual job sign ups on April 26th at 5pm. Individual jobs fill VERY quickly, so we recommend logging in right at this time if you want your pick of jobs! And if you want to skip the jobs scramble, grab an annual job – we still have a few open!!
Sun May 3	Jobs Sign Ups Close- Tentative Start: 12:00 PM End: 12:00 PM Jobs Sign Up Close @ 12 pm sharp. If your family has not signed for the required annual commitment by this time, any remaining jobs will be automatically assigned.
