Warm ups 8:25am Starts: Please note that we have a wireless timing system and 6&U and 7-8’s will be starting/diving from our blocks in the deep end of the pool. Relays will be held as usual. We will do fly over starts for 9/10’s and Up. Snack Bar: Our snack bar will be open with a large assortment of food and drink for purchase. We provide hamburger meals to each visiting Coach. Coaches can approach the snack shack when they choose to redeem their meal with no tickets necessary. Venmo and Cash accepted. Team Area: Visiting team will be given the spacious back lawn behind our picnic table structure. Viewing is also available pool side. Live video feed of the meet and Time Drops available on the back screens. Parking: Parking is available in our lot, on most of Boyd Road, and some surrounding streets. Please do not park on Mulberry Loop or along the edges of our driveway—your car will be subject to tow. |

Warm up lane 5 Our setup area is the same as last year, between RSM and REST. Some families from our team will be putting up our team tents in our area on Friday night.
We will have Digital Access to the Meet Sheets. We will post the File to the All City Meet Tab of www.walnutcreekswimclub.org on Friday in Mobile Format for download. As always, paper format programs will be for sale at the meet, however we are embracing the transition to the digital era and fewer paper format programs will be available. |
